1640 North 6th Street

1640 North 6th Street is a mixed-use development in Harrisburg's Midtown, with an approved Land Development Plan and KOZ status (Keystone Opportunity Zone).

The first floor will contain approximately 10,000 square feet of neighborhood commercial-retail space. The upper two floors will contain approximately 20,000 square feet of commercial office space. A total of 39 gated, secure parking spaces will be located under the first floor of the building, and two additional, professionally managed parking lots are within one block.

Under the KOZ program, specific state and local taxes are eliminated, leading Business Facilities magazine to call it "the number one economic development strategy in the nation."

This project has been designed under the LEED® design approach, as promulgated by the U.S. Green Building Council. An extensive, landscaped plaza is designed for the main entry and streetscape. A state-of-the-art building management system will control the environment within the building, as well as monitor all significant systems.
